Stay at Marina Bay Sands for one day. This is how you gain access to the largest infinity pool in the world since it’s restricted to hotel guests only. The hotel is very pricey, but decided to stay one day since we saved on lodging during the rest of our trip. We fit 3 people to a room (they have amazing roll away beds!) and switched to the Holiday Inn Express for the second day (this was also really nice and also had an infinity pool? must be a thing…)

Eat at Hawker Stalls. Foodie heaven. Check out Makansutra Gluttons Bay (Yes, this was in Crazy Rich Asians), Maxwell Road Hawker Centre (Chinatown) and Tekka Centre (more Indian/Veg friendly options here). The food in Singapore is an interesting mix of flavors – try the Roti Canai and Laksa.

See the Supertree Grove. Really cool concept – a vertical garden that generates solar power. Skip the skywalk, but don’t miss Garden Rhapsody.

Supertree Grove

See Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Also, in Gardens by the Bay. I personally liked the Cloud Forest best since you can walk up the “forest” but both are great!

Cloud Forest

Go to the Friends Cafe. So random, but if you’re a fan of Friends you’ll want to stop by.
